Raheja Sristhi is priced at Rs 3275 psf (BSP- Basic Sales Price) for the Gateway Towers (G+19) and Rs 3175 psf (BSP) for the low rise (G+8). There are additional charges of parking, club membership, PLC’s, EDC & IDC …
- Till the Navratras there is a discount of Rs 300 psf (till Sept 28, 2008), and
- from then on till Dussera the discount will be Rs 200 psf.
- So, it is definitely going to be helpful to make a quick decision.
It would be helpful to judge the price based on
- the prices of projects that have been recently announced
- prices of projects that are in the viccinity of Raheja Srishti
- comparison of extra charges that are being levied in addition to the BSP – Basic Sales Price
And all of this must be placed in context with “stagnant” state of real estate market in the NCR (National Capital Region). We need to look at the recent trends of the prices of properties in the Gurgaon region, and then conclude whether this is the right time to invest – or should we wait.
